Stations KSGM and KBDZ are dedicated to providing broad outreach regarding job vacancies at the stations. Full time vacancies will be posted on the station’s website, which is under construction, and with local and state job banks including but not limited to; Perryville Career Center, Broadcast Center, and Missouri Broadcasters Association.

Stations will provide notification to local community groups, who request to be notified, of all full-time job openings and will seek to add additional sources for job referrals to broaden its outreach efforts.

Stations will inform employees of the station’s EEO policies and programs and enlist their cooperation in referring candidates for all full time vacancies.

Station management will conduct a continuing review of measures to ensure EEO compliance.
Station’s will continue to offer and seek to develop new internship opportunities for local students interested in careers in broadcasting.

Stations regularly participate in local job fairs and career days.

Our public file is available for inspection at 122 D, Perry Plaza, Perryville, MO between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
